«SYROS – CULTURE 2019»

Dear friends,

With great pleasure, we present the cultural program of our Municipality, Syros Culture 2019, which promises unique cultural moments for one more year, combining the traditional with the modern element, with the neoclassical Hermoupolis, the medieval Ano Syros and our picturesque villages as a background.Our cultural program, with guaranteed high quality and a variety of events, covers all tastes and ages. For yet another year, we are going to enjoy wonderful musical and theatrical performances, exhibitions of prominent artists, folklore evenings, various cultural events and, of course, the internationally renowned festivals that attract people from all over the world.We ought to congratulate the Department of Culture of our Municipality and the Deputy Mayor of Culture, Ms Thomai Mendrinou, as they have done their best, so that all of us, residents and visitors of our island, can travel into Art, Literature and Tradition.We are expecting you all in this magical journey this summer!
